Happy Monday y’all!
Let’s welcome the new week by baking these delicious lemon bars 🍋
Everyone in the family will surely love this recipe! 🥰
Set A
1 cup unsalted butter
½ cup white sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking powder
Set B
4 eggs
1 cup white sugar
¼ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup lemon juice

So good! I substituted the Lemon with Calamansi and the granulated sugar with powdered coconut sugar. Thank you ☺️

I adjust the amount of sugar po para di masyado matamis kc di sila mahilig sa matamis

The crust was to thick so next time I'll just half it.
