Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries
1.5 cups flour
1 Tbsp poppyseeds
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 cup white sugar
3 Tbsp lemon zest
3 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 eggs / 6 tbsp aquafaba
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 Alternative Milk
2 Tbsp olive oil
