Side note to make the video even sadder: Virgil didn't get expelled from his old school for any acts of violence like the video implied- He didn't really even get expelled. One day at his old school he got jumped pretty badly because he was openly transgender (just a headcannon). The principal unenrolled virgil from that school because they were concerned for Virgil's safety. People at his current school found out he was trans though because that girl who was recording him and remus near the end, was from Virgil's old school and she outed him to the entire school. Janus and Virgil were shocked to see eachother at the end because they were really close friends at virgils old school. Also remus died because he got jumped by his ex friends (idea from Dreamland ♡)

I haven't really thought about it honestly :') Dreamland said they liked the idea of him getting jumped by his ex friends and I like that idea- so that's how he died :)

Sooo I'm guessing the beginning, like rumors and stuff was based on a certain book about trans kids written by a cis woman? (I had to read it for school and can easily see a similarity)

@@-Aspen- it was so transphobic though! I couldn't even finish it. I did a lot of research. She didn't interview anyone, she, a cis woman, said the T-slur, and overall was harmful, beginning was good tho

I thought the book was accurate-ish- I guess i didnt really realize that it was transphobic- I just read the book thinking about two trans teens- ill do some research on the book then- it also has been a while since ive read that book so there is a possibility that i missed something :( /lh
