Yes it can be added as frosting but it will be runnier than if you bake it

Can I freeze the dough with the lemon curd before baking? I do this with other cookies, so that I have it ready whenever i need them.

Hi! I think the lemon curd would be ok to freeze, the dough I’m doubting because of the cream cheese in it but you could try it out! I have not tried this myself yet.

I don't know what happened with mine. They spread all over the pan, I did everything I just did in this video in the result it wasn't the same, I wonder what I did wrong😢

Hey could be your oven too hot. Buy an oven thermometer to get the correct temperature. Overmix butter and sugar make them spread too much. Also try to chill in the fridge first before baking to prevent them spreading

That’s the look if it. It cracks as it expands in the oven. If you don’t want to notice the cracks don’t cover them in powdered sugar before baking

This recipe is really bad in my opinion. No idea why anyone would want to put baking powder in their cookies, especially with no making soda. Curd was super good but the cookies were cakey and just overall bad recipe.

This is a cakey soft cookie, it’s a gooey butter cookie.

@@seidysbakery I’d recommend using both baking soda and baking powder for that. I like mine very cakey so I even will add a bit of corn starch. Used Sally’s baking recipe (for soft cakey sugar cookies) after having to remake it and it was very good!
