200ml carbonated beverage
Sterilize the bottle containing the lemon juice in boiling water.
Put cold water in a pot and boil it with the bottle upside down.
When it starts to boil, sterilize for about 2 minutes and then remove the moisture.
Clean the lemon peel by rubbing it with salt.
Dissolve baking soda in water and soak the lemon so that it does not float.
Put the plate on top.
Leave it for about 15 minutes, then wash it with water and blanch it in boiling water for about 20 seconds.
Remove the moisture and use a paper towel to remove the moisture again.
Slice it thinly.
Remove the stems and seeds, which may have a bitter taste.
Use the same amount of sugar as lemon.
Place the lemon juice, leave a little sugar to sprinkle on top, and leave the rest.
Mix well with lemon.
Leave it for about 20 minutes, then pour it into a bottle and sprinkle sugar on top.
Cover and leave at room temperature for 2 days or in the refrigerator for 3 days before eating.
Lemonade :
Put ice in a cup and place 3 to 4 lemon slices between the ice.
Add 4 tablespoons of lemon juice (Lemon Cheong) and pour in 200ml of carbonated water.
