We take a look at Phish's third Festival Lemonwheel from the fan's perspective in episode 3 of our newest series!
As a sequel to the August 1996 Clifford Ball and the August 1997 Great Went, Phish held an event called LemonWheel August 15-16, 1998 at the former Loring Air Force Base (now the Loring Commerce Centre) in Limestone, Maine.

I'm just amazed how much you guys remember. obviously remember the Ferris Wheel but 3rd festival and second in a row at Loring, so it started to blend together. Was this the Divided Sky where it was a little rainy and overcast, and then the sun came out during DS? Still great memories from my youth.

The Portolet Pagoda, what Kev called a "tower" was truly iconic. Lars Fisk, the sculptor who made the "Barn Ball" on the cover of Round Room, stacked 4 of 'em and fluted the corners of the roofs for the zen look ~°~

I remember all of this, being at both Clifford & Went, they really dialed it in, honestly thought this was musically better than the first 2, and vibe was so good, I was at Vernon as well & that show needs a discussion vid, 98 was great

Excellent recap, actually just listed to this. That ambient jam is amazing. Also, was great catching Benjy at Wolf Trap sitting in front of my wife. Very chill guy, was great meeting. We missed you there Kev!
