This guy is amazing...no he is not Bon Jovi nor Steve Perry, but he's damn good and anyone with a good ear for good music can not deny that. I am so happy he was discovered and able to bring himself and family from out of poverty....what a touching story!!

I agree with you, frisugar. In live performances, Bon Jovi lowers the pitch of his songs by half step. Most rock singers do this so as not to strain their vocal chords when singing live continuously. Bon Jovi would have difficulties hitting those notes and finishing a full concert if he doesn't lower his pitch. AP, on the other hand, sings all the songs of great rock singers in their standard pitch, except for Alone by Heart, which he lowers by a few step. He can perform nightly. No sweat.

I thought fuck it, hey if Arnel can sing Always, so can I in my man cave/garage. After a few minutes my wife thought there was a cat fight outside and she blasted me. No love from that women. So I continued practicing anyways as practice makes perfect. Cops show up not long after and asked me if there was a domestic dispute happening? I asked what do you mean? They tell me the neighbors hear a guy shouting and a girl screaming for dear life. I told them that can't be as it was only me singing. I gave my first two audience my rendition of Always. Suffice to say, they told me to either stop singing or else go to jail.

God damn! Now I really think that they should tour with Bon Jovi! Knowing how he seems to be a fan of Bon Jovi I think that they should ask Journey to open for them on their next stadium tour like The Goo Goo Dolls and Deff Leapord did in 2019! I think it would be cool to see Arnel go up and sing with Jon since they both seem to be managing their voices better now they've had time to rest (though Arnel's voice was not as off as JBJ's).
