Hi from the UK. I have a 2015 F800R. I want to adjust the gear change lever up, the boots I want to wear make this impossible to change up. Have you done a video of how to do it?

what is the tool called for removing the bolts on the handlebar??

It is torx key or torx wrench.

Ist der Abbau aller zusätzlichen Teile wie bspw. Spiegel, Bremsen etc. von Nöten? Kann man nicht einfach unabhängig von diesen Teilen die Lenkererhöhung anbauen?

Um die Bremsleitung neu zu positionieren muss die Bremseinheits rechts abgebaut werden, wie im Video gezeigt.
