You know those songs you hear for the first time that shake you up so much that you have to just sit and let it sink in when it's over? And then if it really, really gets to you, you do the same thing after the second, third, fourth, fifth time playing it on repeat because, wow, how did another human just so beautifully and flawlessly write something that feels like it came right from your own soul? I think it's relieving to just accept that no one is really "special". We are all unique but all the same in the eyes of this cosmos. It's extremely relieving to just give up the notion of thinking there will be a day we will be above someone or a day we might fall below someone. There is no such this in reality. It is all in our heads and it's relieving when our eyes finally open to the truth.

I heard this song on the radio and just remembered 'you made me think I was special, I'm not special " So I just remembered it, typed it in and browsed for 10 minutes at least and couldn't find it. I was worrying, thinking I'd never find this song. I took 10 more minutes, and nothing, then I just look for 1 more minute and found it. I'm so happy I found this beauty.
