Agree lol - I had no idea how to look after bunnies and I was adopting some with no time at all as I was worried where they would end up otherwise - Just watching these videos and they were free roam the same day they arrived here and I learnt so much in so little time - absolutely gold this channel.

@@tashaax1993xanimalloverx Try being a personI without a lot of money who probably can’t afford to live in a larger location, who probably does not buy things she needs for herself, so she can spend more on the bunnies. There are people here in the US who struggle just to provide for a few rabbits of their own. Those rabbits would have been killed and eaten without her.

I hope this video gave more avareness of her rescue so she will get more support so she can give the bunnies a better life. I think she has her heart for the bunnies in the right place but I hope she realises too that if she doesn't have enough resources to give a decent life to the bunnies sometimes it's better to let go of maybe the sickest or oldest bunnies instead of letting them suffer. But I res hope she gets more help so she can give them all a better life and take in more bunnies too.

Grew up in Peru, my family raised rabbits and Guinea pigs for food, it’s so hard to change the minds of people and get them to accept how to care for rabbits humanly. I feel so bad for Milagros, it’s so easy to take in more rescue animals than you can realistically take good care of and get overwhelmed, it’s so hard to turn animals in need away.

I can't imagine how hard it must be, you know that you don't have space for another bunny or resources to give them the life you actually want to but at the same time if you don't take in the bunny they will suffer even more like get a horrible desth.

Awww, wow...😢 This video was super touching. I too admire Milagros for basically being like a pioneer caretaker and rescuer of Peruvian bunnies! Every person in the video deserves high props for the hard work put into sprucing up her rescue home and looking out for each of the bunnies there. I really hope that they all find their forever homes soon! ❤🐰

Can i just say how grateful i am for lorelei, ive had two bunnys and a chinchilla and she helped for all my pets currently im petless but she has been one of my favorite channels since 2017 :) even without my sweet bunnies, all my pets have been free roamed thanks to her.🙂what a pleasure to even see you on youtube other than in reality.

Milagros did the best she could with little resources she has. Life is hard there. I’m super happy that you Lorelei went and helped her. A blessing for bringing awareness for bunnies all over the world and even in Peru. My family is from Peru and this makes me so happy that you have helped to make this possible. Lorelei is such an awesome person! Not everyone is willing to help bunnies. Lorelei has helped me so much with my rabbit care, I started watching Lennon the bunny over a year ago, I recently just got my rabbit spayed and plan on free roaming her this summer, Thank you!

Just had my first day with my first bunny, and I gotta say...theyre too stinkin cute! Always been an animal guy...dogs, cats, fish, lizards, ants...the list goes on...bunnies are new to me and a lot of the videos on this channel are super helpful for my journey into the world of sweet little bunners.

This is so beautiful ! It gives me hope for mankind, or should I say womankind. This is the way we are all supposed to be, helping each other out. What you are doing to educate others to care for bunnies is a worthy and noble cause and I admire you for doing the right thing. Your practices have proven my early feelings that bunnies should free roam. I’ve made every mistake possible with Doc my English Angora but one, that gages are not the answer! Hi Lorelai! Thank you for show us this shelter in Perú!! In Costa Rica we have a similar one called @Rabitos y Orejitas... Is the Only one in Costa Rica and is running by a Family... Ariana is the leadership and she is a bunny and cui lover... She had more than 200 hundred rabbits!!

I love your channel you have helped me so much. I have never owned bunnies before and I had came across these 2 bunnies that was being sold to feed to snakes so I paid 15 dollars for them. I had bought them a hutch and thank God I came across your channel and now they are free roamed. I kept the hutch in their room because they like to play and potty in it lol. I'm so grateful to you and your channel you've taught me so much. I loved this video and these women helping all these babies 🙏❤

I just love how much Lorelei loves and cares for bunnies and tries helping them as much as she can and how many educational videos she makes for all of us who want bunnies who have to do our research and people who have bunnies but don't know much as other people and when that start watching Lennon they Lear a lot more than they did before I am really thankful that we have Lorelei that helps us learn so much more

Omg, I love this video. I am a bunny advocate and rescue. I understand Milagros entirely because I am in the same boat but in the USA. I started rescuing a few and now have 13 bunnies; believe me, it takes a lot of work and dedication. I love all my bunnies and even though it is a hard job , at the end of the day it's so rewarding. Thank you for traveling so far to help . You are such an inspiration to us all. God continues blessing you abundantly !

Thank you so much for visiting Peru and the bunnies from El Paraíso de los Cones!! I sometimes visit Milagros to help a little bit. The district where the rescue is located is far from downtown and people tend to avoid going there because of that. I even live in the same district and it's far from my house. This video inspired me more than any of her videos. I was in tears during most of this video, this is very quality conntent! Thank you for bringing awareness to so many people. I was born in Lima, Peru, and it makes me sad that the government does not support rescues like this. I think it was great seeing the network you brought to Milagros and getting her story out was amazing. I wonder if there is a way to create wooden cages in that area to replace the metal ones.

I never abandoned my rabbit, not even when she was sick. I believe she died of cancer, but I was there for her to care for her in her final days. She was my best friend too. Just because they become more work does not mean you simply abandon them, you wouldn't do that to you're family members simply because they get old and need extra care. My rabbit got diarrhoea when she was ill, but we took her to the vets to get her cleaned up even thought it was expensive, you love something then the cost doesn't matter. I would happily do it again if one of my new bunnies got sick, RIP little cutie!

Because of you. My bunnies have a big expin in my house and so great full for you, helped me with so much. I help out with a rescue in st. George ut she has around 40 50 bunnies and she bonded my boys I am so grateful for. And also my step mom is from peru lima , and her parents currently live there if I ever go there I am going to that rescue to help her out

Hola Gente de Perú y América Latina! Hace dos años me mudé con mi coneja Californiana a Buenos Aires, aquí conseguí un veterinario de exóticos execelente! Cómo tenemos el mismo problema con el criticalcare que ustedes (es muy caro!) Mi vete me pasó la receta, es simple! Procesar vegetales de hojas verdes con agua y se lo das con jeringa al igual que el criticalcare! Espero que les sirva ❤

You can make ur own critical care mix. It just hay dust and milled up pellets water and some fuit. You can use a grinder to mill and mix everything.
