Ikr! When I first listened the op, she made me smile and just made me like her more. She looks too cute and I remember this op made me got excited what was going to happen in this season. It was all about class 1-A. Really awesome episodes after that!

Lol. Bad news for you guys... Japan does not care about globalizing their music. Quite the opposite, they practically hoard their best output and keep it mostly for their country. They could crossover globally but they're terrified of disrupting their delicate music industry system in favor of shady gaijin business practices. Just look at what happened with Shiina Ringo & her band Toyko Jihen, who 100% would have had international appeal- she never performed overseas... now she's just another nationalist performer, mostly hidden from the rest of the world, not the household name she could've been. Japan is so isolated that they can sell physical copies of music to their own people better than practically anywhere else in the world. It's entirely unique and nobody knows what will break their barriers down, if ever. Can you blame them for not wanting to? So, enjoy it as anime fans and Japanese music fans... but don't think they're going to do what Korea is doing with K-Pop anytime soon. (I dislike K-Pop anyway so I would rather Japan stay the way it is... being totally unique) Japan gives the world what we're allowed to have.. the rest you have to find on your own.

@@blindedjourneyman Probably, though I think a partitioned solution would work beautifully... have one designated section of the music industry designed for cross over artists, promote them extensively and work internationally with other artists. The rest can be left untouched.. again though, even that might disrupt the demand for Japanese music with Japanese vocals. They're right to be hesitant.

I know everyone comments about MHA, and of course that's where I first heard this song, but goddamn if this song is not incredible in its own right. The singer's voice is awesome, the guitar solo shreds, the drums are killer, and I have to give HUGE props to the bass. The bassist is a goddamn maniac! He's absolutely crushing it the whole damn song! If you crank up the volume, it's a lot easier to hear it, but I beg you fellow listeners, please listen to how killer the bass is in this song. You guys rock!
