Soooo....much....mooooorrreeee.....the director of this video is a genius! I read about her, and she just showed up to his house in Paris the day of the shoot (where they shot this video) and said okay, take off your clothes, we are going to do this now: "Lenny waking up and getting ready for the day". He laughed, said "Seriously???" and then obliged. Such a good sport, doing one for us ladies, lol. He also said he had a lot of fun doing the video, so I hope he works with her again, on behalf of all of us ladies;) Definitely Google for the article to read more.

It's odd because he's vegan and a lot of vegans I've seen seemed to have aged a little beyond their years. But Lenny doesn't seem to age. Similar to that 74yr old vegan chef woman who looks 40. She might be a bit older than 74 now (it's been a while since I saw her videos).

Start by living around nature, go vegan (eat a whole food plant based diet), work out, have a few good friends and good psychology and you will have a similar result. Its not a very very multi dimensional magical thing that lenny does, he has that result we all want for ourselves but no one wants to work for. Search for Brian Johnson also if you are interested in looking fresh, successful and all those things you said in your comment.
