Found it! you have to disassemble, pretty much take battery out all screws on the bottom, 2-3 are used to hold the keyboard in. Remove keyboard and ribbon. Disconnect 3 lower ribbons, then separate exterior Once you lift it up to access the actual board, there is a single SILVER screw in the lower right corner of the board. THAT is your screw.

I started it up without a keyboard (used a USB one) started it up, flashed it, then once done put it back together again.
