Ram is Soldered or Upgradable? I'm having confusion since it has only 1 ram slot and that too as per website it's soldered however as per Amazon it's upgradable. Please Help.

Hi sir, is the trackpad a little inner on the left bottom end? And is it a little loose ? My laptop's touch pad is stuck but it's working. I have to press harder each time I click on that touch pad. I purchased the laptop recently but never noticed the touchpad clearly
