LOQ because LOQ weight is 2.4 to 2.5 kg and dell weight 2.8 kg hai or dell ka jyada battery backup bhi nahi hai normal use age me bhi nahi deta or LOQ me normal use age me acha battery backup mil jyaga

I have been using lenovo LOQ with Intel i7 this laptop has serious heating issues the temperature goes like 98°, go with amd if you can.

My experience was totally different with lenovo. After 2 month of use when restart was talking too long to boot up so they first ordered motherboard and ssd after 5 days engineer came n replaced parts now it's working without any issues.

@@ruhan1099 you won't have problems but I think you should save more and then buy it with 3050. I never had any issues after this also just make sure you get premium care with laptops their customer support is really good.

My sister bought me the loq laptop, i didn't get to check it properly yet cuz my sis lives in UK but she'll send it to mauritius soon. I can't stop worrying about it, thinking that the screen or the laptop itself might get damaged during the travel. I will tell her to check the webcam beforehand just in case i might have the same issue as him😣

Mera screen Shut down krte samay Shut ka box thode der ke liye udhar rehta hai fir 2 sec baad firse band ho jata hai wo thik hai but screen lag Hota hai woh shut down ka box wese hee thode der ke liye rehta hai Kuch Display problem lagta hai 4 din hogye liya hai kya kru bhai mein

Didn't see any issue with the laptop and its working better having an i5 12450HX 3050 6gb its more than enough for normal and most hugm intense task and heat is mainted at 80-90 without throttle and no other issues

Customer fault if company was giving a refund option he would have taken it and moved on... I agree laptop was faulty but atleast company gave him a refund option as it was custom built option

Bhai ka experience pura kharab kar diya.itna paisa bharne ke baad bhi kharab experience. Maine bhi customised loq 16 order kiya hai. Aya nahi abhi tak.
