My laptop has a really weak backlight or something. At 0 percent brightness it's completely black, can hardly see a thing. Once at 70 or 80 percent brightness things are starting to get tolerably visible. I don't like having to keep it at 100 percent brightness and I know I didn't have this issue with my last laptop. Mine is an Ideapad 15 something lol

I have Lenovo Y410 ,my laptop has same problem. But there is not any direct Brightness button on laptop I use fn+down arrow. BIOS menu me direct brightness button nahi press hoga ,so any other method bataen, aur menu Aisa kaha milega BIOS ke andar jaisa video me dikhaya Gaya hai? Please reply..thanks

Mera power option me click nehi ho raha.

my laptop brightness is too low, that i need an LED torch see content of screen... brightness is low in bios also...tried above solution..... tried all drivers and hotkeys combination, but no luck.. (laptop works fine with projector..)

After restarting, the brightness becomes automatically high again...what to do? Pls respond.i did what u showed.it worked in bios bt still nt working in wndows...

This is Not for good solution. This is temporary solution. .the problem is bios . update the bios program, problem is permanently clear. 100% sure.
