Most of the stores in Pune give good hospitality to customers , as they have been existing for decades and they know their customers and their needs. But the products they sell are very expensive. Except for Titan, no one has the infrastructure as well as supply to suffice the demand for opticals. Lenskart here is solving that problem and they are selling the opticals at affordable prices and they don't make you wait for weeks to procure your frames

@@riteshind7547 Lol no. But trust me I was one of the customers of Lawrence and Mayo for their great quality frames. But had to let it go because they never capped their prices on frames. The same quality frames in Vision Express or Titan or Lenskart cost 2 times less than what it costs at Lawrence and Mayo. Plus they took a week to deliver, and being someone who has had spectacles for almost 12 years now I had to frequently change them due to changes in the eyesight and the entire week of waiting would torment me with headaches and blurry vision. Since then i rely only on Titan Eye and Lenskart

The more automation and productivity you add in your organization compared to your competitors the more market size you gain. It's not Lenskart's or any other company's fault if the independent business owners are not able to keep up the pace wrt market needs
