The cap on social media is so hard! I tried deleting it from my phone and it’s still hard to not pick up the phone often. It’s definitely addictive! You are definitely motivating me to keep focused on it during this season!

YES -- it's so addictive. One thing I think I'm going to explore as well is putting time caps on the apps themselves (so once it sees you've been on it for 20 minutes during the day, for example, it locks you out for the rest of the day). I think that might help monitor it, too! Such a struggle bus though!
