Cup measuring: 200 ml
Tea glass measurement: 125 ml
Necessary materials
1.5 cups of red lentils 270 grams
3 full tablespoons of rice 70 grams
1 medium potato,
1 medium onion
1 small carrot
10 glasses of 2 liters of water (to boil the lentils)
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil 20 ml (while boiling lentils)
5-6 tablespoons of vegetable oil 60 ml
1.5 tablespoons of dried mint 7 grams
1.5 full tablespoons of flour 40 grams
half a tablespoon of butter 25 grams
3/4 tablespoon of vegetable oil 40 ml (which I added later)
1 teaspoon of chili pepper 4 grams
1.5 tablespoons of tomato paste 35 grams
1 teaspoon of salt 8 grams
1 teaspoon of black pepper 2 grams
half a teaspoon of cumin 1 gram
2 glasses of cold water 400 ml (to open the consistency of tomato paste and flour)
2 cups of hot water 400 ml or chicken broth (to lighten the consistency of the soup)
For finishing:
half a glass of 100 ml of room temperature milk,
Note:
As the soup waits, its consistency may get stronger, then if the soup is hot, add a little hot water and boil for 5 minutes.
If the soup is left for the next day, it will thicken again. Controlledly add a small amount of cold water into the cold soup and boil it for 5 minutes, it will reach the same consistency.
