Welcome to Except Ye Repent Video Ministries, the progenitor of the online sermon jam. Those seeking an ear-tickling need not apply. Our sermon jams aren't sugar-coated: this is bold preaching, straight from the Word of God and heralded by some of the leading pastors in the Reformed/Pentecostal/Baptist Christian tradition such as Paul Washer, John MacArthur, Tim Conway, David Wilkerson, and Charles Lawson. We're here to convict, motivate, exhort, and inspire, declaring solely the Lord Jesus Christ as the only way to salvation by faith in His name, remembering always that "except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish" (Luke 13:3b).
Music by Hans Zimmer, "Time". Additional music by Doug Maxwell, "Light Years Away."
Special thanks to the creator of the original audio clip: What is your life? Leonard Ravenhill

@@billhughes3066 Agreed, but in reality that's the lord giving those people over to what their itchy ears want to hear. The truth is readily available to anyone who wants o hear it. So the focus shouldn't be to the evil people are giving themselves to but to the great work that God is doing for the kingdom. Don't count those churches as something that needs to repent and give itself back to God, cause they never belonged to him in the first place. Read Matthew 13:24-30 and 36-43 for a better explanation. Be blessed

@@TheLymanDiamond amen. The young man believed he kept all the commandments unto eternal life but he couldn't give up his possessions to follow CHRIST. It is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the Kingdom. A disciple ask then how can we obtain eternal Master. JESUS replied for man it is impossible but for GOD all things are possible. We all stinketh and fall short of the glory of GOD. No one needs to hunt for it because it's all around us. You included. I'm glad I could teach you that truth. I guess your "point" is for private interpretation. Sorry, is when scriptural truth shared with you demands a judgement on me being apart of GOD's people. @@susanedwards8870 Definitely still a progress, but God does all things well. To open up, I don't have much friends but I asked God for believers in the faith and I went to a revival meeting 3 people they became my friends. We pray for each other and confess our sins or weakness. In my job, I got temporary let go from my job because of covid, but God gave me peace that I will get a call back to go to work, and I did. Also I never had fear about covid God gave me peace about it, as well I deal with panic attacks. I know what tormenting fear is, and God has given me a peace of mind [that was a beautiful miracle for me] I deal with doubt, after I fasted from it and read my bible. Holy spirit showed me an amazing revelation that doubt is a heart problem, the verse in James that says 4:8"...and purify your hearts, you double-minded." This was a game changer that it was a heart issue from where my doubt came from, my heart. There been more than once that I had to walk by faith and not sight. I got my left wisdom tooth removed and the dentist left trauma [injured] on my jaw. I had to go months of stiffness and pain on my jaw, mouth, and ear. I couldn't bear the pain, but in that pain God didn't want me to hold unforginess towards the dentist so I didn't, I prayed for healing and step by step. God showed me how to get better. I am better. I got covid and was so ready to be healed in three days, did not happen. Took me two weeks, and in those two weeks I did not feel God. My feelings and emotions were consumed by being unwell but God made his presence known, but the grace given to me and my family. We had family friends bring food to our door steps, and America some countries were not given money for being sick by covid, God gave me the resources to get paid for those two weeks. In that moment it was hard to see God hand but day by day I noticed God goodness and mercy. To say that I've changed, no I still struggle but God has been changing me to believe.

Paul Washer, John Piper, John Macarthur, Voddie Baucham are all mighty men of God (Did you mean Steve Lawson instead of Charles?). Not sure who Carter Conlon is but I know that Todd White and Dan Mohler are false teachers. While their messages are often lined with truth, they hide malicious lies in-between parts. These half truths while may seem correct will inevitably lead someone away from Christ and His truth. They are some of the most dangerous wolves because its hard to tell if they are one from one sermon, so I suggest to either listen closely to what they teach across their sermons and compare it to the Word, or to search in youtube, "Todd White false teacher" or "Dan Mohler false teacher" to find more specific content. The Lord continuously reproves me through this man & his message. To this very day ✝️ "For You do not delight in sacrifice, otherwise I would give it; You are not pleased with burnt offering. The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken & a contrite heart, O God, You will not despise."-Psalms 51:16‭-‬17 "My son, do not reject the discipline of the Lord or loathe His reproof, for whom the Lord loves He reproves, even as a father corrects the son in whom he delights."-Proverbs 3:11‭-‬12 "And you have forgotten the exhortation which is addressed to you as sons, “My son, do not regard lightly the discipline of the Lord, nor faint when you are reproved by Him; for those whom the Lord loves He disciplines, & He scourges every son whom He receives.” It is for discipline that you endure; God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom his father does not discipline? But if you are without discipline, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate children & not sons."-Hebrews 12:5‭-‬8 "All Scripture is inspired by God & profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work."-2Timothy 3:16‭-‬17✌🏾

Anytime I listen to a sermon, I pray first. There are more deceived-preachers than there are spirit filled, obedient servants who teach the whole council of God. Preachers who fear God and warn the people. There are more people who have a legal ( they were water baptized ,and invoked the name of Jesus) relationship to God, but who do not love Him, and they love this present world.

God will see you through this brother....but you should know that as christians, we can never get spiritual enough to withstand youthful lust...we either flee from it or fall before it....(2nd Timothy 2:22) Sometimes we make the mistake of praying when the best option at the moment is to flee.... You should pray and ask God.for strength to live for him but if anything sensual comes ur way ..run for your life dear... We should also guard our eyes ..know the kind of things you watch on TV ( best avoid it though) cos the programs today are God hating .....don't waste time watching stuff that has no eternal value to you as a christian.. Know the company you keep ... Don't date till you're ready for marriage ( very important)......cos dating messes alot of christians up as most of us think we have control more than we really do..... I also struggle with this atimes but these tips have really helped me... It takes time but the point is to kill this flesh and its wants and let the spirit take control...everything will flow..... Just keep seeking God wholeheartedly..you will find him....jeremiah 29 vs 13 Hope you're subscribed to this channel cos he uploads really helpful contents that help build the spirit.. 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 Moreover brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; 2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. 3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: Ephesians 2:8-10 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. 10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. Luke 13:1-5 There were present at that season some that told him of the Galilaeans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices. 2 And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things? 3 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. 4 Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower of Siloam fell, and slew them, think ye that they were sinners above all men that dwelt in Jerusalem? 5 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Isaiah 55:7 Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. Luke 9:23-27 And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me. 24 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it. 25 For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away? 26 For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father's, and of the holy angels. 27 But I tell you of a truth, there be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the kingdom of God. Matthew 19:16-28 And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life? 17 And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments. 18 He saith unto him, Which? Jesus said, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, 19 Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. 20 The young man saith unto him, All these things have I kept from my youth up: what lack I yet? 21 Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me. 22 But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions. 23 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven. 24 And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God. 25 When his disciples heard it, they were exceedingly amazed, saying, Who then can be saved? 26 But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible. 27 Then answered Peter and said unto him, Behold, we have forsaken all, and followed thee; what shall we have therefore? 28 And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. Galatians 2:16-21 Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. 17 But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid. 18 For if I build again the things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor. 19 For I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto God. 20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. 21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain. 1 Corinthians 1:18 For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. Romans 1:15-17 So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also. 16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. 17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written the just shall live by faith. Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Psalms 19:7 The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple. Ezekiel 18:30-32 Therefore I will judge you, O house of Israel, every one according to his ways, saith the LORD GOD. Repent, and turn yourselves from all your transgressions; so iniquity shall not be your ruin. 31 Cast away from you all your transgressions whereby ye have transgressed; and make you a new heart and a new spirit: for why will ye die, O house of Israel? 32 For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the LORD GOD: wherefore turn yourselves, and live ye. Romans 3:19-25 Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. 20 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin. 21 But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and prophets; 22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: 23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; 24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: 25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; Acts 26:18-20 To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me. 19 Whereupon, O king Aggripa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision: 20 But shewed first unto them of Damascus, and at Jerusalem, and throughout all the coasts of Judaea, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance. Matthew 5:27-28 Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery: 28 But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart. Matthew 12:41 The men of Nineveh shall rise in judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: because they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and behold, a greater than Jonas is here. Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 16:8-11 And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: 9 Of sin because they believe not on me; 10 Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more; 11 Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.

This message came while I was drying off after taking a shower on Saturday April 6, 2019 at around 3:30 in the afternoon (this might not be exactly word for word, but it's close). Here's what came: "The reason so many Christians are flocking to these false teachers and false prophets and other assorted teachers and preachers on KZfaq is because they're hungry spiritually. And because what the teachers and prophets are teaching is devoid of the anointing of the Holy Spirit, their teachings are empty spiritually, so that when people listen to them it gives them a full feeling for a moment, but then not long afterward they're hungry again, so they run back for another feed. And this goes on and on. And they think that what they're doing is something good for themselves spiritually, when in fact the opposite is the truth." This in turn reminded me of something the Lord told my old mentor nearly thirty years ago, which was that the reason so many Christians are moving from church to church is because the sheep are hungry and can't find food. I'm pretty sure the Lord told him that back in the late 80's. Just now I had a remembrance of this verse of scripture in which the Lord told the prophet Jeremiah: "My people hath been lost sheep: their shepherds have caused them to go astray; they have turned them away on the mountains: they have gone from mountain to hill, they have forgotten their restingplace." (Jeremiah 50:6, King James Version). Back during the mid-90's outpouring of the Holy Spirit the Lord gave a prophecy in which he said that when the outpouring ended that the enemy was poised to retaliate against the outpouring by raising up the biggest onslaught of religious activity in the history of the Lord's Church (e.g. the KZfaq religionists). He said therefore that what he wanted for Christians was for them not to be doing anything religion-wise, but to stay home and learn to hear the Holy Spirit speaking to them, and to develop a personal relationship with him in the quietness at home. He said that meant no going to church, no going to conferences, no running after teachers, and no getting involved in any religious 'good works' agendas. There were several verses of scripture that accompanied the prophecy, which are these: "For thus saith the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel; In returning and rest shall ye be saved: in in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength: and ye would not." (Isaiah 30:15, King James Version). "Be still and know that I am God." (Psalm 46:10). "And that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you." (1 Thessalonians 4:11). "Let us labor therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief." (Hebrews 4:11). Back in June of 1995 I heard one of the Christian prophets speak this message, and toward the end of it he reemphasized that the Lord wanted for his people to forego doing anything religion-wise, and to stay home and develop a personal relationship with the Holy Spirit in the quietness at home. I think the reason he was so emphatic about it was because he knew that the Lord regarded it as a very important move against the coming religious onslaught. There are a couple of other verses of scripture that support this message, and which have to do with identifying the false teachers and false prophets who are parasites on the body of Christ, which are these: "If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridles not his tongue, but deceives his own heart, this man's religion is vain." (James 1:26). "These things have I written to you concerning them that seduce you. But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him." (1 John 2:26-27). I think it's worth mentioning that the Apostle James was one of the Lord's younger brothers and was regarded as having the preeminent authority among the Apostles, also that the Apostle John was the Lord's best friend. In the above verse the Apostle John plainly states that Christians who have the anointing of the Holy Spirit don't need teachers, yet most Christians ignore it and go ahead and heap to themselves teachers anyway (per 2 Tim. 4:3-4), mostly because they're lazy spiritually and want for someone else to do for them what they should be doing for themselves. It's really very sad. Furthermore, not only do these presumptuous teachers and so-called 'prophets' not bridle their tongues, they do the opposite and allow themselves to be used as mouthpieces by religious spirits who drive them and drive them to never shut up. And by allowing themselves to be used that way by the demons they become parasites who end up leeching on the body of Christ, and are largely responsible for the current spiritual stagnation of the body of Christ, especially in America (you can tell by reading the comments people post throwing roses at the false teachers and false prophets that they are devoid of spiritual discernment). These teachers, preachers, and so-called 'prophets' on KZfaq exemplify King Solomon's statement that a fool's voice is known by multitude of words. (Eccl. 5:3), as well as his statement: "The horseleach has two daughters crying, give give." (Proverbs 30:15), ("Donate, donate, donate, donate, donate," etc., etc., ad infinitum, ad nauseum). They should all shut up and go get real jobs like normal people do (if they had the anointing of the Holy Spirit to have genuine love in their hearts for their fellow brothers and sisters in Christ that's exactly what they'd do). I think it would be appropriate to close with this famous quote by Carl Sandburg: "I won't take my religion from any man who never works except with his mouth, and never cherishes any memory except the face of the woman on the American silver dollar."

I'm learning about Catholicism, and one of the things I learned is regarding how to make a GOOD confession. People think that you can just go to confession and then forget about your sins at that point. This is known to the RCC as the mortal sin of presumption, and it is talked about in good Catholic circles as a particularly insidious and an especially offensive sin. It is important to not only regret sin, it is not only important to intend to sin no more, it is not only important to apologize, confess, and where possible to make reparation for sins that we ourselves commit.... it is also important to willfully commit ourselves to examining how we were tempted and fell into sin in the first place and to avoid "near occasions of sin." If these things are not done, then the Confession is invalid and there's no hope for attaining lasting grace from God. People see bad Catholics and think that Catholicism itself is bad. It is painstakingly careful in it's actual dogmas. The good news is that if we cooperate with God, His word, and His Church then we will have an abundance of help in becoming free from sin.

Looking forward to listening to much more and learning and growing in the word of God. -- Musings: One of the scariest passages in all of scripture is Matthew 22:14. -- In our culture of decadence; a true Christian will fit the idiom "stick out like a sore thumb". The society is so full of temptations from every direction; we must be on guard and I pray the Lord will help each of us to persevere to the end. -- 2020 is the year that many people were afraid to die so they stopped living!
