My life could hardly look any more different than Leonora’s, but I absolutely adore her channel and those who comment. I’m 59, married 39 years, grandmother of 3 grandchildren. And I live on a 24 acre farm in Texas in a tiny home we built ourselves a few years ago. However, I love beautiful things and I have used inspiration from this channel to make our home here more like a very small estate; along with learning better hospitality techniques to make hosting easier and more enjoyable for everyone. Re. a ‘busy mind’ during meditation: the aim is not to drive thoughts away but rather to let thoughts come and go without attaching to them - as if they are clouds moving across your view of the sky. In meditation we don’t try to control our thoughts - it’s more about being less attached to them, letting them come and go with ease whilst we gently return from them to the mantra or the guided meditation. I loved your openess to the various practices in this vlog - your positivity and receptiveness is a credit to you 💗

Good Morning Leonora from Tennessee...I am Sherrie. I so enjoy watching you. I have been watching you since August but so enjoy your personality and smile. You are so beautiful but your rarest beauty comes from your personality. I just thoroughly enjoy how you try to make everyone smile. I love the long pearl necklace and drop pearl and diamond earrings from Gingiberry. 30 years ago my husband went to the Middle East and jokingly he said he would bring me back some pearls. What a beautiful time away 😊 the Dress was Stunning you can do so many details with that dress the cardigan looks so pretty 😍 .All the other Dress were lovely too 😊. That cold plunges. I have such goose bumps over ( not a pun intended i mean it by saying a Dear friend lost a family member from a Cold plunged 😢 ) was a very healthy person but sadly just sent wrong . So i am always petrified when people say Cold plunge/ Dips .the Man that explained everything how to approach the dip was just amazing , should be done more . As a business woman who owned company (commercial real estate) in a field dominated by mostly chauvinistic men. While looking like I was a 20 year old model at 35, (now64) I had to BE smarter, quicker, kinder,. I am going to have T shirt made that’s says Underestimate me, AT YOUR OWN RISK. If I had a dime for every man that said “ you’re smarter than you look”. My stand comeback was. A. What the current and last book you read and B. Well that makes 2 of us, because .Your MOST DEFINITELY NOT as smart as you look…..Mic drop…Thank you very much…walk backward offstage to applause. Teaching and mentoring younger women as your doing to have any career, hold her own power, be responsible, while staying true to your self is a gift. It so important being married young and to an older man that you not loose who you want to become. Having a supportive partner that respects you and what you want to achieve is rare. I’m glad you seem to have that. Keep up the great work . Don’t apologize for liking nice thread count, everyone enjoys watching about vacations, we may not all be so blessed to hop on a plane at whim and go. But we all love to watch the trip. I used to fly almost weekly. Now with my husbands health not so much. But we don’t begrudge you enjoying your fun and being a savvy enough business woman to make a very good living at it. You will inspire young girls to dream. Stay true to who you are, and you will stay grounded.

Lovely darling Leonora. We're do glad you enjoyed your time away and that it helped you to start to let go of whatever you needed to. I can understand not being able to let go when meditating. The mind starts wandering vry quickly. I found Kelly Smith Mindful in Minutes podcast has been a life saver over the past 4 years. Plus it literally is minutes... sometimes even 5 minutes. Might help when youre feeling overwhelmed. Loved the Gingiberi pearls ❤ I bought Mummy the mermaid love bracelet for Christmas and it was honestly delightful, worth every penny and Mummy was delighted! This was a different video. I know where your coming from in ( ot going back ) . However love the dress and the pearls . I have a number of pearls from my mother her mother aunts etc. i do have my own as well along with earrings. No matter the event even just go8ng to the local shop wearing pearls you always look elegant and ladylike. You are very classic and classy ❤❤❤❤

You looked GORGEOUS aa usual but I sense you were emotional about the meditation. I had one session of Transendental Meditation with a guru in Melbourne in the 90's & it was unbelievable how deep I got into that meditation because I have PTSD from childhood trauma & I felt SO relaxed after the meditation. You girls are all so brave 😱😅🥶 I thought I would never do this 😅 But when the girl explained the psychological reasons behind the motivation, it made sense to me and I would definitely try it. Most probably with scuba diving shoes on or the entire suit 😆😅 ok, not the suit but at least the shoes 😇 I also liked the burning of paper, which symbolically marks the decision to leave a negative experience behind. And the guided meditation. I actually followed it and it was very relaxing indeed 😊. All in all a very lovely cleansing vlog, thank you for sharing 💕 May I mention that the white dresses were very sheer on both you and another girl posing 😬 the sports hoodie was much better quality. 😘

I love that your favorite name is Aurora. That was my mothers name. She’s gone to heaven and I miss her beyond words. We were so close. Both our names mean light. Aurora and Lenore. That looked a lovely 24hr group staycation. Glad you got a lot out of the activities, as you are meant to. Psychosocial health is vital. So much to be gained from self exploration and sharing. I use to do such activities in my past work life for groups of individuals I worked with. The jewellery is lovely. Love pearls. I bought myself a lovely pearl bracelet late last year that I am super happy with. Not Gingiberri. Looking to add some earrings from Gingiberri. Very nice Paper clothing pieces too.
