My Friend Mark and His Son Jason and I Ride the Leota Trails to Houghton Lake.
When We Left the Trailhead we had no idea where we where going to end up.
As we made our way out on the Trail I noticed how close we were to the Trailhead at Houghton Lake.
So that's how we ended up at Houghton Lake.
Great Day For Riding!
Saw Lots of People, and took some pictures, and videos of them as well.

Was there August 14th 2021 for the first time. Not bad place to ride.

Good stuff bud👍I have a place up there about 10 minutes from the trailhead! Some fun riding, a little dusty at times. You got lucky it rained!

Michigan Quad Trails & Tales I ride them almost every weekend in the summer. Have been riding those trails for over 15 years, always a fun time!

@@peytonkerns9184 Wow 15 Years, How do the Trails look? after all you have been riding them so long, do they still hold up well? or are they worse off more now than in the last 15 years? I only started riding them last year, so I was just wondering how the shape of them was in past years.

Michigan Quad Trails & Tales the trail conditions are typically the same every year from my experience. However, the past few years, there have been some massive ruts forming on a couple trails that really need to be fixed (almost bottom out the quad). The conditions really depend on how much rain Leota gets. I have a four wheeler and a dirt bike, and in my opinion the trails are more fun on a quad. There are a lot of whoops in certain trails, but they’re still fun.
