Translation: Chiayi Distillery, the first sorghum liquor distillery in Taiwan, with the strength of one distillery, has created the fragrance of a hundred distilleries and nurtured the first bottle of "Yushan Taiwan Maotai Liquor (Sauce Fragrance Type)" in Taiwan. Today, our photography team is on-site to capture the complete brewing process at Chiayi Distillery.
