I had the pleasure of seeing Primus in '95 during the Tales From The Punchbowl tour. Les played the Master of Puppets lead guitar on his bass there as well. A concert that I will always remember.

@Falonefal Claypool's solo so clearly outclasses both of the prior solos. He plays in the same key, expands on the theme of the song, and totally owns it. Then again, perhaps the point---surround yourself with scrubs and you'll shine even brighter! For every Victor Wooten there's a "Futureman" nearby....

@VortexTrickster i suppose it would be able to but you would have to add in shifts... which would be confusing. and if you knew how to shift chances are you would be able to read music to some extent. i play cello btw. and have played in carnagie hall so... i know a bit about it.
