Everything this band does is at least 98 on a scale 0-100, and most of it is at least 110. Some of their stuff breaks the scale entirely.

I’m 58 and Belgian. This song in particular brings so much memories it brought many tears to my eyes, in memory of my father who passed away in 1978 and his fellowship « l’ordre du verre luisant » to which this was the anthem. This is such an even more beautiful tribute that it seems you lived in Belgium for a while. Thank you so much for this oh so beautiful emotions.

I'm a father who travel 550km to go and 550km back to see my kids each two weeks and one thing that made it possible is to listen c'est music along the way thinking about the boneur français et les amis. I was working dans la jardin with my headphones on listening to this song. When the buzzing harmonica started I thought there was a giant bug behind me and I was looking all around for it before realising it was part of the music!! Wonderful song. Love it!

this one causes goose pimples. Is the spirit of Georges with you ? it's well known it's not easy to produce a correct reprise du grand Georges. He did most of his tunes near the perfection. All of your reprises are carried out with high level of respect and with love. The problem is now you have no choice. You have to continue. Will be great if the next one is Chanson à l'Aubergnat. I'm French and I remember learning this song in primary school, about 20 years ago, this cover is waaaaaay better than what my classmates and I would do, haha :) Would you consider doing a cover of La valse à mille temps by Jacques Brel ? (I know it's a hard one but I'm sure Nataly could manage it)

This breathed life back into my husk of a self... Not just this song, but all of you... Thank you sincerely for existing in the way you've chosen to exist... I couldn't express in a million years how much I needed this... It's like the first time hearing Django, after whom I named my son, or the first time I heard Edith Piaf... And as a musician known for grinding out 170 takes for a perfect recording, I understand the harmonica player's sentiment to a staggering degree... But that's why he's so amazing... Au rendez-vous des bons copains Y'avait pas beaucoup de lapins Quand l'un d'un d'entre eux manquait à bord C'est qu'il était mort Non mais jamais ô grand jamais Son trou dans l'eau n'se refermait Cent ans après coquin de sort Il manquait encore Une chanson que je connaissais par coeur, que j'ai chanté à voix haute à l'enterrement de mon père. Comme disait Desproges, le jour de la mort de Brassens, j'ai chialé comme un gosse. Le jour de la mort de Tino Rossi, j'ai repris deux fois des moules. En tout cas GG pour tout, ces reprises me donnent du baume au coeur. Kiss from France, greetings!!!
