I was highly impressed with Weiss's performance as Dubarry; she brought this role a sensual air of elegance and sensitivity from another world, like none before her.

Good series but too modernised and totally not accurate but...well entertaining. I didn't like when young king beheaved like a jerk, and her brother told him to go to prostitute - that's inaccurate

@@skontheroad ce qu'il y a de vrai : Louis Xv à essayer de sauter sur Marie Antoinette dès qu'elle est arrivée. C'était un roi très controversé... je l'ai vu chez Henri Guillemin ... allez jeter un coup d'œil à sa biographie de Marie antoinette
