According to Eonline she left the show in 2013 to take a break but the next year her partner of 25 years was diagnosed with brain cancer. She took care of her until she passed in 2022.

Karen is not an OG. She's an OG cast member of Potomac, but the title of OG's is reserved for 5 shows. OC, NY, NJ, ATL and BH. 5 cities that put the RH franchise on the map with some of the most iconic housewives ever. Potomac came 5 years later. Miami and DC are kinda part of that OG group, as they premiered in 2010, but they didn't have the same impact. DC was cancelled and Miami became the best show in the franchise with the best cast, but in the beginning, it didn't have the impact as the other 5 cities. Karen is in delusional land thinking she's an OG.

I don’t know about you guys, but Lesa is kind of annoying me this season even when she was on the TWO 2 T’s podcast recently she just came across very self centred (like when she said she’s the youngest ever housewife which is not true because Ashley was on RHOP S1 when she joined). I wish that she would make up with Ayan. I like them as Besties, but Lesa seems to be very much full of herself (in a negative way). When Ayan was one she didn’t bad mouth Lesa there was still some love there compared to Lesa who seems to be in this hate campaign it’s weird.

I agree. I think she's a beautiful woman, but she's a mean girl this season. Every interview she's been on the last couple of months is badmouthing Ayan. She's doesn't even have this much smoke for Stanbury or Brooks. Ayan has said nothing bad about her at all. And while her insults are sort of good, it feels really forced and rehearsed. I do wish they would make up because I like them better together. I love her outfits and her family and her business, but as for television, Lesa does not give main character energy. And that's fine. It doesn't make her any less fantastic. Just not standout worthy.

She’s not jealous of Ayan. Ayan is emotionally unstable because of her background and constantly needs attention and approval. Lesa is the most emotionally stable and beautiful of that entire cast. Ayan should be in therapy for her own emotional health and growth. Lesa rocks
