Big personality aside for first time aquaintances she came off not only standoffish but quite condensending. For example the third date, he simply stated that religion plays a part in the type of woman he is interested in. Leslie, the lady could have found a better way to ask about atheism. Her responses come off like she is actively looking to be opposing. It may sound nice to have a person who as you put it doesn't "sugar-coat" but a personality like hers, being opposing without empathizing with others gets tiring.
