The project was an extension of the first floor of the house they (with brother) bought for their parents in Kizhakkambalam. This house was a dream home of Mr Jinoy Jose and Mrs Reshma Sebastian, who herself wanted to be an architect, but the universe had other plans. As a person living out of the architectural society, doing the whole house by herself was very overwhelming for her.
That was when we got an opportunity to work around her dream. She had a whole mood board created for the home, on how every nook and corner has to feel. She always wanted to have a space that feels like theirs, the family of three and their two dogs, Olie and Roonie.

This is such a beautiful house and loved the concepts, but please edit the audio whilst the presenters are speaking; the background sound is too loud!

There is not much things in the house anyways. I need a sweing machine, a vaccuum cleaner, a laptop table, dressing table, and water storage tubs to start living😊

Great home(at least interiors). Would’ve loved to see the exterior too. So different from the same type of “contemporary homes” that have plagued kerala people these days. I am feeling agitated when i see the same gypsum ceiling, marine plywood wardrobes , etc. refreshing to see a mix of modern and old style here. Would love to know what material is used to make that Spanish window to the balcony. Is that some metal window and door?

mosaic tiles, windows nitch study spot, balcony, furnishing, and overall color are all simple/minimal and GOOD. portraits at the entrance are good (frameless would have been even better, I don't know) the floral portraits with wooden frames above the bed are good and blending the burnt orange sofa beside the overall light black & white conceptual interiors doesn't go well simple and matching tray ceiling would have been better office room not enough, not just the size, overall not enough it would have been awesome if the two big toys sitting beside the two lovely girls contributed something to the video don't bother about my and others' comments/criticisms, overall great home, enjoy and have a blessed life.

Yo! It's perfect. The furniture is sublime. The bathroom & the balcony was well thought out too. The color palate is exactly to my taste. The office space is definitely not gonna work out for me, let alone for two people. I need to fit all my office equipments to not loose my head. There, Minimalism be damned. Also, where is the kitchen & the dining room? Is not eating the secret to your family's beauty. 😅 Cringey joke's apart, this his was very nice over all, especially considering the things you were able to fit together in such a small space.

Beautiful space. Love the aesthetics. The only contradiction is how she stressed so much on gender neutral choices for Esther's upbringing and room-yet it's hard to deny that the room has quite a lot of predominantly BLUE elements. How is it gender neutral then?
