I$100 for the whole house with 1 bedroom and kitchen is really cheap compared to other places. I like the color of the wall , light color. and your things are well organize. Hello from Canada. I have been to both Samal & Davao & I think you are wise to pay for a simple rental property before finding your dream home. I almost bought 2 beach front lots in that area as the price was really very good but discovered the rules don't allow me to buy as a foreigner. Take your time & the right place will present itself to you. Just like Arnold, "I'll be back" since Filipinos are the most hospitable people in the world. That's a very nice house, especially for 5k a month. We heard that the mountains are an option in the future, and we would strongly support that! We're based around Buda (Bukidnon) and the climate is very nice for me (Swede), typically 18-25 C all year around. No need for AC, no need to worry about flooding or earthquakes. 2 hours by bus to central Davao, about an hour to Calinan. Land is ancestral domain, but safe if right area and cheaper than if close to Davao. Even though petite in size, it has many attractive features like the veranda, garden space, exterior bath, and good ventilation windows in the bedroom. Because if he cannot obtain it, he will probably be going back home and the house that you've bought will be left into waste. And Davao is a happy and a safe place to live so long as the Dutertes are there. And you chose Maco over Davao City because it is truly a fact that the cost of living at the City center is much higher compared with the province. But I knew that you're not only inlove with the house but as of the Landlord as well because of his hospitality and generosity. Your place at Maco is very reasonable. You know why? Because it is near to your purpose of Visa transaction. Quiet privacy. Security and good placement of your belongings with complete basic necessities that you alone occupy and use. Good Landlord relationship. And close proximity to the most known city of Davao. Because privacy and comfort is very important.☝️ How are you going to live comfortably if your savings are draining due to your rent on expensive apartments? And that's good that you haven't bought a lot of things especially the heavy ones because it will cost a lot if you will plan for the future to transfer or nowhere to go. And buying unnecessary things is not the best time as of the moment knowing your situation. Saving deposits is the primary goal for a permanent place to live.☝️💞🌷

Could you put mesh over your windows to stop Mossies coming in Have you tried making a toasted sandwich in your waffle maker? You need to put the buttered sides of the bread on the outside so it doesn't stick on the waffle maker. The filling goes on the inside. Gas bottles are used all over the world to fuel stoves, ovens and water heating devices. Love your solar water heating method for your showers. I love watching on utude people who live in their cars and vans and how they clean themselves, clothes, cook and where they sleep.

A suggestion. You can use a carpet in your living room and put throw pillows in case where your guests in case can sit on the carpet . Later you can sell it when you moved out.
