I had been there this week. I had gone to Mumbai taking a early morning flight so the embassy would not be open so I went to kiyani for breakfast after checking best Irani restaurant for breakfast on Google. Honestly it’s really old place but I loved the place food was amazing tea was excellent.

Kayani & Co honest review... Let me tell you guys..this is one of the worst cafes running in mumbai by their" Old time's name" 1) Food is very average.Nothing special in taste. 2)Waiters are disinterested.even they are not ready to take the order. 3) they have list of rules like they are paying us for eating 4) Hand wash area and surrounding is very unhygienic.over all the cafe looks very dirty( even not painted) 5) they only accept cash..not even card. 6) serving food in disposable plate. 7)The manager is very rude and they are not customer friendly. I really regret about the visit to this cafe.it really hurts when people behave rudely. Disheartened.very pathetic experience. You can see the same experiences in google review ..thank you..guys

I absolutely disagree, their veg cheese samosa and cheese veg cutlet, custard is superbly amazing!!! Their simple unchanged interior is reminiscent of old times and it’s simplicity is soul touching. Their Shrewsbury biscuits are very tasty. Kindly don’t unnecessarily sabotage a cafe which actually is like a heritage site

I tried their famous combination Ban Maska Pav+ Irani Tea...... Which completely like a normal taste as we find in the other shops. I would definitely say it's overhyped. But if you're so eager to spend your money just in the name of Parsi then go please 😅😅

Yeah...such legacy should continue till eternity but unfortunately today's generation wants MNC owned MacDonald, KFC

There's no point in legacy if the product itself is crap. I went to this restaurant just because of such video suggestions and boy I got so dissappointed with this place. They barely take effort in taking orders, I myself had to go to the waiter to tell about the order and after a long wait the result came on our desk. The food was BLAND, their soo called signature dish Kheema Pav is for name sake and don't have any authentic stuff too for naming this restaurant as a legacy. It could only survive as a legacy if turned into a museum of how not to make and serve food to customers rather than a restaurant.
