This was very helpful for beginners! Thank you so much. Quick question. I get confused when i drag existing sequences in the media browser over to my timeline. Adobe Premiere Pro creates another sequence object is created in the media browser and it seems to be the same name as the origiinal sequence. Then i am confused as to which is which. Also, their seems to be different icons in the media browser for different sequences. I would like to understand what those different icons next to each sequence really means. I hope that makes sense? Can you explain or maybe point me to where i can find the answer to those questions. Thank you again so much!

Thank you! There is a simple explanation for that - when you 'drag' your sequence to timeline it creates duplicate sequence. You need to 'double click' on the sequence file to open it on the timeline. You 'drag' footage from the source monitor to the timeline. There should be only one style of icon for 'sequence'. There are different style of icons for different file formats - for example, audio file will have different icon, video with audio file will have different icon, video without audio will have different icon and still images will have different icon. I hope this answers your question. 😊
