We will learn in this lesson the REVERSE FEMALE OPEN TRIANGLE which can be very useful for developing hands and foot coordination while learning how to keep your balance.
We will also apply it with a basic side thrust kick delivered in three target points.
Lower Knee
Mid line of the body (waist or side chest)
High line either on the side of the jaw or chin.
A key thing to remember in the delivery of the techniques will be the theory of progression in terms of stretching our muscles to deliver higher kicks. To avoid any injury I would highly recommend that you perform leg stretching before executing the Mid Line and High Line execution of the kicks.
I would also advise that you shouldn't over exert the flexibility of the legs and only execute the techniques that your body can currently execute.
Through investing your TIME and PRACTICE, I'm sure you will be able to increase your flexibility and proficiency in delivering some of the techniques shown in the video.
