Extrapolation: The technique of using known data to predict the future
Moving Average: A method of repeatedly calculating a series of different average values along a time series to produce a smooth curve

Longer cycles show strength what does that mean sir

Hie Anele, well it means what ever underlying force that is causing the upswing and or downswing is strong. For instance, right now we are going down due to Covid, the longer it takes for us to recover indicates the strength of the underlying force, in this case, Covid

It is a hypothesis or a way to think about and explain high levels of volatility. Hie volatility simply means the ups and downs are more frequent. U know real business cycles are not smooth right?
