1:02:30 In the paragraph of cyberbullying and isolation, how do the two concepts (cyberbullying and isolation) tie together? It seems to me that besides both contribute to worsening mental health, cyberbullying and isolation don't really go together in the paragraph. Unlike in the previous paragraph, I can see ties between distortion of reality and making comparison. Thanks for the great video!

If you’re being cyberbullied, the bullying doesn’t stop when you go home. And if we agree that regular bullying can make one feel isolated because it’s usually multiple people picking on one person, then imagine the extent of that isolation when the bullies are present 24/7.
