Fred being harder on himself than he ever is on anyone else is why he’s the leader of this team, not just the Def but the TEAM! When Kyle got hired and going into that first draft I wanted a linebacker that could another Pat Willis, and I thought we had that guy in Foster, but it didn’t work out and I thought it was gonna be a difficult rebuild, but then the next freaking year we get this kid from BYU and he has been everything we as Niner fans could’ve ever wanted and a whole lot more!! As long as we got #54 we will always have a chance to win!

Hey Sydney I can definitely empathize with you about not knowing whether or not to be a part of a podcast with a football guest. I was actually someone not wanting anyone interfering with football talk a week or two ago. I also recommended Dre to be on. But, at the end of the day this is YOUR podcast. Yours and Freds, you shouldn’t let the people dictate your content. If you want to be on you should be on. I think a fair compromise that can make all parties happy is letting the fellas talk for 30 or 40 minutes, just pure ball talk or messing around talk. Then the last 30 or 20 min can be you popping in delivering the fan questions, but also you adding to the podcast with your own takes. Definitely still want you part of it. I feel thats a good compromise tbh. I would look to the podcast Lindsay did on the Niners youtube channel where she had both dre and fred on. Maybe you can shift to that setup for the question portion. Just trynna help. Love both of y’all and what you’re doing for the fans!

Sydney, I feel your pain. I was four or five years old and was told for the first time I couldn't watch a movie with my parents and their friends and was sent to my room. I remember hearing the movie start playing and managed to sneak my way behind the couch and watched the whole movie so afraid I didn't move or make a sound. A couple of years later my grandma got a doll that looked very much like Chucky and had it in a high chair in the corner and every time I walked in that room it felt like those beady little eyes were watching me the whole time.

Lenior has made a huge jump in development over the last two years. Solid player. As a fan my defensive player of the game (other than Fred) would be DE Randy Gregory with limited snaps he came in and got some pressures and a sack. He’s going to fit nice opposite Bosa. And offense would be RB Jordan Mason. I love this kid. Reminds me of a young Marshawn Lynch type runner. Go Niners!!!

Love Fred's positive outlook on things. The loss was tough to watch, but love that the Niners were in it until the last second of the game. I felt about the same way the Sydney did about how the game ended, but it wasn't all on Moody. Just wished he would have made that kick though. It's a learning experience and I'm sure we will be on another winning streak starting in Minnesota. Regarding Dancing with the Stars I think Jason Mraz will win and I hope he does, but Xochitl and Val are amazing too. I hope they get Fred on the show so we can see your moves. Also let's remember that Moody didn't just miss one field goal in that game he missed two, which I can understand missing the 56-yarder cuz that's not a give me one but that 41 yarder that's in his wheelhouse and he should have made that one as a professional Kicker in the NFL

Fred! You right! There were so many situations where the game against the Browns, that it could be put away. Brock is still a stud, but didn’t have his best game, but made the throws to put us in a position to win. At the end of the day, it shouldn’t have come to a FG to win the game. Brock is still elite in my book. I project you to have two picks in the Vikings game. You have the destruction power to get it! If not two picks, than two sacks! I see it my brother. Not having big play Dre hurt a bit. The weather definitely affected Brocks efficiency, but I’m not worried because he’s still the man.

Great contrast.. the wife speaks from our point of view.. our raw emotion of it.. i aint gonna lie i yelled at the tv on the missed FG.. but fred is 💯 right.. look at all the moments (missed block, tackle, catch, etc.) that led to the end. Even in freds press conference moody is a rookie.. it happens. But man we should of won! 😂 but wow the team showed greatness on stopping their offense and giving us a chance to win. She's a keeper Fred. She talks in the We, Us tense. Seriously though, it was a hard fought game, losing by 2 with all the adversity and a missed field goal at the end is a great floor. I was telling my wife and daughter after the game, wow, so this is how it feels to lose again. 15 regular season games is a long time in the NFL. Losing to the top D in the league doesn't sting as bad. Minnesota next, let's go!

Yo Fred! Nice Bruce Lee shirt, you should check out the show Warrior, it was originally created by Lee. Supposedly he never made it cause they wouldn't let him star in it. It's on HBO, and it's sick as hell. Can't wait to watch you play on Monday, been loving see you rack up some picks.

So kinda personal, but was wondering so if Syd comes down with a cold and Fred is trying to stay healthy for a game, etc, do you guys avoid close quarters (i.e. one of you sleeps in another room)? Question 2: when one dog has to be away, does the other dog show anxiety from their friend being away? (i.e. you had one dog at the vet for the ear thing, did the other dog at home get especially needy because they missed their buddy?)
