Lessons Learned From The Bottom of the CRE Market // Transaction activity in commercial real estate across the board is down in a big way, hiring frequency isn't anywhere close to where it was back in 2021, and for investors who bought properties at the peak with short-term, floating-rate debt, there have been (and will likely continue to be) some pretty tough decisions to make.
And in this video, I want to share three of the biggest lessons I’ve learned over the last two years, and how you can use these to position yourself better for a future downturn in the market (that will inevitably happen again at some point during your career).

I'm in the DC metro region and was let go 2 months ago. It does not seem like there are many firms hiring at the moment.

There are almost no job postings at the moment. The postings that are available each have upwards of 70 applicants with multiple years experience. Brutal market for juniors

The USA has over one *BILLION* square feet of commercial real estate now for sale or lease empty upon the market so given such a market I would recommend a 53 foot dry van to start with as if enough Truck Companies suddenly go bankrupt in the coming Months or even weeks these items which represent an awesome amount of enclosed commercial will be more than sufficient to start with #back_of_the_truck
