You can't leave witnesses able to testify against you, even if they're innocent children and relatives. Jessie really had no choice. He got into an argument with Cecil - I'm thinkin' it was over a cut of the drug profits. Recall that both brothers were gang bangin', and Cecil was slingin' dope in the community. An argument ensued, and we know its deadly conclusion.

That's exactly where I first saw this year's ago and couldn't believe it. I remember the sister got a call from him telling her he was coming over and the police removed her for fear he was coming to kill her. She said he was mad because he felt like he didn't have support while in prison I think for 6 years. She said he came out angry and jealous of the brother and wanted what the brother had. So he went to go rob him and his girl, then decided to kill everyone in the house including the babies. I think he did about 6 years and had just been released not even a year prior to killing the family.

Jesse admitted to his mother that he killed his brother and his brother's family. Jesse was imprisoned previously and was angry with his family following his release. He should not be allowed to harass his family. CJay has given multiple interviews and has given the same consistent story.

People give witness statements from hospital beds fairly often and they stick because it's not hard drugs and these people are only medicated under doctors supervision so they are very much reliable! Yes I remembered that episode when it 1st aired and will never forget how I felt for this family especially his mom burying one child and grandkids and finding out other son was the killer. He already had spent 14 yrs if not mistaken in prison and release just for him to do this and for what. So no let him stay where he at so he can sit in his mess he created by taking innocent lives like God left him in charge. And definitely prayers up for the families members that was left to deal with the lost of their love ones by the hands of a demonic evil spirit. Praying for this young man bcuz I know being there in the midst of it had to be terrifying and have to live with it on a daily basis💙

Defense needs to remember the child was 9 are they saying he was on drugs at 9? N fyi he's using Marijuana, that's not gonna make him forget what happened to him, it probably keeps him calm and helps to deal wit the anxiety from what happened to him.
