Self-doubt is something that plagues many of us. At its core is a lack of self-trust, confidence and belief in ourselves. Self-doubt covers up a lack of self-confidence and is rooted in the idea that it's safer to trust someone else than to trust ourselves. Living our lives this way prevents us from owning our personal power and needlessly puts it in the hands of others. Let's clear out this old belief and replace it with something that better serves us!
