Hi there!
Here's my Hammond organ cover of the part played by Billy Preston on Let It Be.
I played it on my Crumar Mojo Classic and add an external scanner vibrato and a second Leslie (vst) to reproduce the sound of the Hammond M102 he used on the record.
I spent loooots of time looking for the right drawbars/settings and of course, reproducing note for note as best as possible.

Finally somebody did a recreation of that marvelous gospel organ part! Really shows that Billy Preston gave the Beatles the boost they needed at that time. Thanks a lot Alex!!

Could you post a breakdown of what you did at about 1:22? That groovy little fill is my favorite part but I can’t figure it out by ear.

Looks like you are on a crummar how you get it to sound like that, you use the editor?

The Crumar is directly connected to my interface and then I use some plugins (second Leslie, scanner vibrato, compressor, EQ and reverb) :)

Maybe C3 type is much more... C2 will be better?

There is no chorus, only an external vibrato ;)
