Ingredients for the flan:
1 Cup white sugar
1 ½ Cup evaporated milk
4 Whole large eggs
1 Can condensed milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Bake at 425 F / 220 C
For 30 Minutes covered with aluminum foil
Ingredients for the chocolate cake:
1 Cup all-purpose white flour
1 Cup white sugar
1/3 Cup corn starch
1/3 Cup dark cocoa powder
1 Tsp. Baking soda
1 Tsp. Baking powder
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Cup vegetable oil
3/4 Cup milk
1 Tbsp. Vanilla extract
2 Whole large eggs
Bake at 350F / 180C
For 1 hour (covered with aluminum foil) or until the chocolate cake is fully cooked
Insert a toothpick and if it comes out clean then it’s done.
Some ovens might take longer to fully bake the chocolate cake.
