Making habits stay every day is so hard. I usually only make goals for 1 month instead of for 1 year so I can make it less hard haha even if sometimes I have the same goal for many months. Belated Happy New Year, I left some unfinished projects and online classes from previous year I'll make an effort to finish them. I still love your watercolours painting, I hope to do more but still at the 'playing' phrase. Rather than buying new stationery I'm trying my hand at making them. A4 blank sheet can hold lot of designs and probally cost less. Don't feel upset if you missed one day of doing a drawing as there's alway the next day. I was doing art journalling for 25 days in December and found it difficult not helped by being unwell for a week plus was taking on extra projects. Still don't feel 100% it does feel good when something is complete.

Hello Ara, today's video was a very wonderful video,I think it was my favourite one in the new year's videos 🥰.."Routine is the skeleton of the body, and the skeleton is wrong your body will fall" I still remember those words,, don't worry Ara, I also couldn't do my work outs for leg pain..I was also sad,but i also dived into another thoughts, I think I'm quite good in mixing colours, because I don't have many colours so, I can make various tones and shades of colours out of them,but this all need observation and practice.i know you can do it!!and you will!!!💪Keep it up,have a great weekend 🍀😇🐈

Hi, Ara! Thank you for sharing. As I said on the previous video, this year I've decided to pick three words that I'd really need to see materialised and or accomplished. Many people don't do well with pressure while others do, both cases are totally fine, it is the nature of individuality expressing itself in each one of us. There are groups of people that fit best in "pleasure doers" category and there are those that fit best in "obligation/duty doers". "It is fine, please don't worry too much, wrinkle creams are too expensive 😂😂" - I use to say to my sister. Often times I find that making things in a light spirit, spontaneous, playful and in a relaxed way the outcome is better than expected. Please, give it a try and see how it works best for you 🙏🏽🧡🙃

I wish I was a little bit more like that. I hope u continue this immensely useful behavior. Even if u do get de-motivated, I hope u find something or someone to motivate u enough to do things on a regular basis. {PS- Can I know what drawing book u were using in this video?? I really liked it!} And I absolutely adore that you're learning Japanese!! I've tried to learn Korean and Japanese through the learning app 'Duolingo', but I wasn't able to practice daily because of my laziness. I regret it. But this year I'm going to be in 10th grade, so I won't be able to learn due to a bucketload of studies!!!!!!! >_

Добрый день, Ара!! Я каждый раз смотрю видео и понимаю как много времени надо на один лист дневника. Если не проводить съемку, на один лист уйдет ну час времени, а проводя съемку, выставляя кадр, переснимая если вышло не так как задумалось - это наверное на пол дня затягивается. Поэтому обнимаю, говорю спасибо и применяю ваши идеи на свое творчество. Я вот люблю все ровно и по линеечке делать, прям заставила себя нарвать бумагу, как вы и приклеить ее в дневник. Сначала не нравилось, а теперь смотрю и классно же!!
