Nice to watch ahead of getting my two sets. Both boxes include a lot of stuff I don't have yet and some thing I'd be happy to get doubles of. I am tempted to do some conversions to these sets to make them all look more like a cohesive force. I'm even planning to make a second 4x3 table and making it Hoth themed to go with the battle forces. I already have an E-web to add to the Empire and I've ordered a speeder for the Rebels. Again great video and has given me some ideas to talk about when I do my own reviews of these sets.

I saw them for 17 bucks for 10 on Amazon. They aren't available from the manufacturer currently according to my FLGS. I do hope you find some!

I am interested in getting into SWL and have been looking high and low to find out how many points the forces are in these new Battle Forces boxes are but alias, have not found any info on it. Can anybody shed some light on the subject for me? Cheers

Thanks for the video! It seems ppl have had problems with cards/token misprints or missing components in the clone boxes. We’e there any discrepancies with the cards or tokens?

I did realize a flight stand set was missing from the arc troopers. I emailed AMG about it I haven’t heard back. I don’t know if there are any issues with the cards they all seemed correct to the matching the units, but unless there is an obvious typo Im not going to know I dont play as much as I like. I also noticed the Blizzard box was missing one set of flamer models for the snow troopers, but put in extra of the regular troopers instead.

Biggest let down if battle forces is nothing specific for them. Should have done a Hoth sculpt Leia for example or adding a Jesse upgrade for the 501st box. Could have made them have something to really make them something for everyone even new players

Anyone know what’s up with Blizzard force? I preordered mine months ago with Echo Base Defenders but only the Defenders showed up this week, and Blizzard Force is now completely absent from the Asmodee website.

Mines was missing a few components I noticed after the video so I imagine they are fixing them. The 501st was wrong too but I have heard that they fixed the box and u can get replacements if u contact them.

The blizzard sets are great value my criticism of the rebel one is too many characters the republic one feels light when you compare it to the droid one which has 8 units versus the 6 of which one is the most expensive tank in the droid range all in all the droid army one is the best with the republic one the weakest of the four battleforces they should have added a extra clone trooper unit for balance the other criticism is the main character in half of these sets are the same as the one in the core sets which is a bit pointless

i think as players/customers we got robbed over the imperial blizzard force especially when you compare it to the rebel version, they didn't get stuck with another luke skywalker figure and cards they got leia and chewy. if you buy this and have bought two starter packs then you will have three vaders that look and do the exact same, pretty poor value for money when they could have given us General Veers or Krennick. if you buy two starter packs which is highly recommended by most people on youtube then this set of speeder bikes in the blizzard packs is worthless as you will have four sets of speeder bikes and the most you can run is 3 sets in a 800 point game. the other big issue i have is that rebels get their laser cannon when the imperials don't get theirs and it is highly pictured on the box art, the second largest picture on the box.... i think we were supposed to get it but it got pulled from the contents and we got landed with two sets of speeder bikes instead. we also have the issue of short range attack snow troopers compared the long range attack that the rebel veteran troopers have..in short i don't think the imperial pack is that great value for money, it's good but not great
