I switched to a job where most of my work is on a computer and have started getting migraines. I started wearing gaming glasses or blue light glasses everyday to work and it has significantly reduced my headaches/migraines. Also, reducing the brightness 🔅 on my monitors and phone.

Also your plants are beautiful. Snake plants don’t need a lot of humidity or water as they survive off neglect. They are succulents. If they get too much water their leaves will turn yellow and become soggy like from overwatering.

Hey sis, I had a bad reaction to model ones and beetles products (gel products). It doesn’t happen to everyone, but I just wanted to let you know so you can keep an eye out. Happy New Year sis! I completely understand the feeling around Christmas. I enjoyed quality time with my family, but I wasn't feeling any festivities. Just wanted a quiet holiday, and it was much needed. So glad you are feeling better and looking forward to the new year with you!

I REALLY HOPE YOU SEE THIS !!! Try going to a ENT DOCTOR (ear nose throat) some things such as using q tips will push wax in the ear & pile up and can cause severe headaches 😅 hope you find the answers you’re looking for ❤

I’m glad to hear the MRI came back normal. I have been suffering from migraines for about 7 years. Just this week I noticed a small knot on the back of my skull. I have MRI and CTs as well. But all normal as well. my doctor did say it’s possible to have arthritis of your brain. Something I would have never thought of and I work in health care. I do take antidepressants because they help treat migraines. If that’s something you would be interested in.

God definitely looked out for me in a similar situation. One car place tried to charge me $1800 to fix my car. I took it to another place that God lead me to and with everything included , they only charged me $186.

Same here sis. The holidays are honestly about spending time with the people we love. Reflecting and relaxing. People need to know that if I don't give them a present, I still love them lol. I did an MRI a few years ago. Turns out I am allergic to the contrast dye. So as soon as the dye entered my body I felt it and it made me nauseous. I had a headache for 24 hours and had puritis (itchiness) x 1 week.

I bought my snake plant when it had a good size to it already. It's grown a lot since I've gotten it, but honestly, it's the most low-maintenance plant I have. Doesn't need a ton of light, and not that much water. It's time to change to soil I believe, but other than that, it's pretty simple💕
