Thank you, Katie, for making this video! Love seeing all the new things ahead. Here’s my thoughts: 1. I think Inspire is the BEST design EC has done yet! Ok, maybe slightly below my beloved MCC. But seriously, it is absolutely stunning!! And the way they incorporated it with the existing EC colorway is perfection. Though I’m not a neutral girl, I am glad EC brought back that option as there are many who prefer that vibe, especially for work. The Wildflower design is beautiful, too. I just don’t like the font and muted colors, so it’s a No for me. 2) A5 Daily Duo……..It’s perfect as is. I’m one of those who likes the calendar at the top, especially since it’s a daily planner, and I don’t want to be constantly flipping over my planner and turning pages to refer back to certain days and weeks. And I use that box at the bottom for a variety of things. There are enough lines on each page already! 3) 7x9 Hourly Changes - I don’t have strong feelings either way about moving the calendar to the top of the weekly page or adding two habit trackers. I will probably cover up the trackers with a sticker. However, I do not like the moving DOTW up to the top of the page so they could add extra space to each day. It just looks “off” from a design point of view. I loved having that open space at the top. I don’t know. That change may be a deal-breaker for me. That would take a lot of white-out. 4) Overall, I’m very pleased with all the products and EC is still my ride or die. Making my Launch Day List as we speak 🥰🥰

Yeah, I don’t think those colors/tabs are going anywhere. Those are part of their branding now, just like the asterisk. I’m kinda glad they aren’t, as I’ve invested a lot of money in EC stickers, covers, merchandise, etc. And those colorful tabs are very popular. I think they did a fabulous job of incorporating the Inspire design into the classic colorway. I love the combo of the two!

Yes so the hourly has the two habit trackers at the bottom of the sidebar but the mini calendar was moved to the top each week lol. I think some ppl use them to highlight what current week their on but everyone usually just covers it with a sticker 🤷🏻‍♀️ or ignores it lol! I personally dont like having a calendar everyday in my daily duo!

I like having it every week, as I’m a big picture girl and like knowing where I am now as it pertains to the whole month. I may not actively use it every week, but I definitely glance at it often. 😊😊

I hear ya - I dont think thats a new change. They usually only put 6 months year at a glance in the daily duo. I would prefer the whole year too instead of the lined section to write on ❤️

@@KatieKPlans You're right! It's not a new change. I didn't realize that you were looking at the second book. I'm still bummed that they don't include the remainder of 2024 in the year at a glance in the Jan - June book. It makes no sense to exclude it. I can live with the two books, but having to pull up another calendar daily is enough to make me consider swapping back to the Simplified Daily. Hopefully they fix it in the next launch.

I’m pretty sure she has the A5 size folio. Hancanplan shows the 7x9 folio in her video and it fits the planner fine.
