That was a super easy pork loin roast. Here's an unsolicited tip: when finishing the gravy (or anything else really) kill the heat and add a knob of butter. The sauce will become shiny and the flavor ... 😙

Proud of you! Steven, my friend, I am 50 and I am the same way! I do not cook a whole lot, but I think, think, if you add in a little flour to the gravy, it will thicken it up a little, do not quote me. It looked really delicious!

Hey, Steven: Sorry I can't seem to find these vlogs in order or watch the the day they come out. We are also planning to be in Vegas in May to go on ___ airline. And we were wondering if either then or when we go in July we may have the pleasure of your company for lunch? If you are home and are up to it we can coordinate later! P.S. I have seen a blanket for the homeless wheelchair dude you mentioned that I thought of getting because it folds up and has a hook but it is pink and I would not want anyone to be bullied because of that. Share your thoughts if you have them. There is another that folds up into a pillow and is more neutral but cannot hook to anything. I will get which ever one is best and send i to you this week.
