Anwamo Ingredients:
4 tablespoons Coconut oil
180 grams salted beef
5 cups jasmine rice
5 cups Water
2 green habaneros
¾ of a large onion
Salt to taste
Meko (pepper) ingredients:
2 medium Tomatoes
¼ of large Onion
2 scotch bonnets (these were not as hot. I added them more for color)
1 habanero
Salt to taste

I love your channel. I knew nothing about your kind of cooking and now I am so interested. Everything you make looks so delicious! I also love seeing your children. It is neat to see your son little and sleepy while batch cooking and see him older and still so cute. Your videos are so well done and informative. My only wish is that you had more time to show us some more batch cooking. As someone who also batch cooks, it is wonderful to learn some new recipes and tips from another experienced cook. Thank you for all of your hard work. I really enjoy your videos.

Well hello there!!! Love this video and so happy mama Gina is still with you!!! Hi mama! I made this rice, however, I used salted pork bc I couldn't fine salted beef or lamb. IT IS D E L I C I O U S!!! Love seeing the family gather around the table. God Bless and stay healthy.

This is very similar to a Liberia dish we call dried rice though we don’t put veggies as sides. Very lovely family you have ma’am. 🥰🙏🏾
