Ingredient Lists
Chicken Thighs
---------
1kg chicken thighs
1 tsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
2 cups chicken stock
1 sprig Rosemary
‼️ cook in the oven on 200•C 350•F for 20-30 minutes‼️
Mashed potatoes
---------
3-4 medium potatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup double cream / half and half
Broccoli

Hi Just letting you know I’am cooking the chicken you did - the mash and having with spicy rice instead. Will let you know how it goes 🤞🏻…… WOW! This is really tasty and so succulent. It went so well will Mexican rice, the flavours complimented each other. Looking forward to trying the mash next time. Thank you for this recipe it’s now a firm favourite 👩‍🍳
