Teriyaki Salmon and Seasoning Rice
Ingredients List
---------
500g salmon side
Seafood and fish seasoning to taste (about 1 tsp)
Black pepper
For Teriyaki sauce
----------
1/4 cup soy sauce (dark)
1 tbsp brown or white sugar
1 piece ginger
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp water
For Rice
-----
2 tbsp oil
4 tbsp seasoning blend - see recipe here • The Best Seasoning Ble...
2 cups Jasmine or basmati rice
2 1/2 cups water
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp thyme
1 small seasoning cube (optional)
Spring onions for garnish
Always taste and adjust seasonings as my recipe acts only as a guide. Individual tastebuds are different and substitutions can be made throughout.) Terri

Is the rice you use already cooked? So the total cooking time is like 25 minutes?
