I personally think Molduga actually feels a little different from BotW. Maybe it's the fact that we don't have remote bombs, making it harder to misdirect and thus bait.

Colegra is a lot more fun if you skydive into the weak points when it attacks which is what I did.

No WAY YOU SAID MORAGIA IS BORING. It is literally the funniest mini-boss in the game. Having to fly around and dodge its fireballs while shooting yunobo was soooo fun, and it was like the only boss to utitilize zonai vehicles, which gleeoks shouldve done I feel. I dont think bosses have to be difficult to be fun. Welp, atleast you mentioned it, unlike others who completly ignore it

As a video game newbie, I didnt find the bosses easy. But, I have beaten all 4 regional phenomena bosses & found them all so well done. Such a nice game!

Here's a few tips to anyone reading on how to make Mucktorok and Queen Gibdo less of a pain in the ass: *Mucktorok:* - The quickest method is to just shoot Opal Arrows. They make big AoE water blasts that clear away large chunks of the muck and can stun Mucktorok if it gets hit. This is basically the only thing opals are good for aside from Upgrading Armor and selling them for Rupees. - One of the easiest ways is to just take a few Homing Carts and fuse Hydrants on them. Since they automatically chase Mucktorok around and spray water while doing so, they're really handy. It's actually possible to kill Mucktorok with just a bunch of these, since water just straight up damages it, but it's gonna take forever. - Using the Yiga Clan schematics Rainmaker and Sprinkler System are also reliable options. They both do basically the same thing, but Rainmaker has a bigger AoE and is more expensive. Since they constantly water the arena, they're really great at clearing away the muck. - Just fusing a Hydrant into your shield. Yeah, just this. Guard and you automatically shoot water in front of you. *Queen Gibdo:* Nothing much on the Queen itself, but there are tons of ways to get rid of her minions. - First is the fact that *you don't actually need Riju to destroy the hives spawning the Gibdos.* Yeah. As long as the hives are glowing, a regular Bomb Arrow into the glowing part will get the job done. - Dazzle Fruit. A ton of players still seem to be underestimating these little wonders. Literally all you need to do is throw a single Dazzle Fruit, and it's massive AoE will stun all Gibdos in the area, putting them in their vulnerable pale forms. Then, you can either ignore them for a while, or more reliably, just kill them with basically any weapon. Gibdos are stupid weak when they're pale. - Nuke 'em with Ruby or Topaz arrows. The most expensive method around, but damn if it isn't effective. - And finally: *Wear Sand Boots.* It just makes moving around the arena much less tedious.

TIP: the rito village chasm is in a cave in a cliff near a guy by a campfire underneath the lower buildings in rito village

I fought mucktorok first, so i am biased to say that mucktorok was quite the spectacle and it's still fun to fight for me. I also liked queen gibdo a lot as well.

Colgera is seriously an awesome fight. It also reminded me of that Umbra panther thing from Dauntless. Mostly just bc it uses portals.

Btw ganondorf can catch ur arrows if you shoot them when he isnt attacking and also i think when they are just basic arrows. Also while i somewhat agree on the water areas boss taking too long, at a certain point i started using sidons ability to swipe at him when he was near and also when he was the alligator thing and it just instantly stuns him, made the fight a lot faster.

I had a harder time with the Blight Ganon’s from BOTW then i did with the regional bosses from TOTK

Colgera is my favorite boss in totk, maybe any Zelda game tbh, the fight wasnt really hard but....the wind temple lead up, the presentation, the way you are guided to dive through the weak spots instead of using arrows....i felt so fucking cool & powerful lmao. i also think that the boss battles that are in the air just go with the theme of totk more, Colgera & Ganon are my favorite boss battles for sure. Colgera being my first regional boss set my standards really high though, so idk if i would feel different about the other regional bosses if i played any of them before Colgera, but they just didnt hit the same

There should be a 2nd list of coolest bosses.... Without the sage abilities. I.e. Fought in the boss gauntlet as that's how I first encountered and eventually beat them all. Sage abilities change the fights A LOT (minus maybe colgera). I had to figure out all the bosses on the fly. Made it soooo much more rewarding.

I went into the ganondorf boss fight with the gloom before taking all but 3 hearts because I forgot to make gloom food. When the hearts started breaking, I lost my shit and 4 of my fairies were used, bringing me down to 5 total hearts. To say it was a damn hard boss fight depending on conditions is an understatement. I’m lucky I beat him first try.

I actually thought Colgera was underwhelming the first time I fought it because I dove through it's weak spots. And you can kill it super easy from underneath in bullet time with keese wings.

I would love it if the bosses had these things 1: colgera damage when you touch it, a bite without going into the ground and throuw ice balls at link 2:ghoma a attack where he can do things with his legs 3: mucktorock delet the phase where you need to follow the squid if you hit him 2 times with water he should still be a shark but get damage and a bite attack 4: every of them should get 500-600 hp more (colgera should then not dye when you normaly would have killed him he takes damage everywhere that would be 500-600 hp) (also gybdo queen) 5: ganondorf should in the second phase be able of blocking EVERY arrow with bow its just too easy 6: construct is fine

Mucktorock was the hardest boss in the game for me. Easy in the air, but the depths was IMPOSSIBLE. So hard to stop it from jumping into the mud, and it’s so slippery to nail down. A test of patience indeed. Only way I defeated it was cuz I stuck a dozen fire hydrants on the little Zonai roombas.

Totk may not improve much on its enemy variety but i really do like these brand new bosses! : Colgera, while pathetically easy, is extremely cinematic and the music is absolute chef's kiss Queen Gibdo imo is my second favorite dungeon boss, she has a horrifying design and her fight is quite chaotic with the gibdos. Marbled Gohma, really cool design, lovely callback to Gohma but if you use Yunobo's flame charge, he's kind of a pushover tbh Mucktorok, while a funny boss, is yeah a underwhelming and annoying boss overall, i got around fighting this in rematches by using chuchu jellies and splash fruits. Seized Construct, if you told me this game has a boxing match, i wouldn't believe you but here we are lmao, wish he is rematchable like the other 4 dungeon bosses Ganondorf is an absolute FANTASTIC bossfight overall, but my main complaint is, he's kinda frail, if you have the strongest weapons and learn to dodge his attacks he goes down really fast, much more than Calamity Ganon in BOTW (half health btw)

I believe ToTK has the best boss fights in the Zelda series. Fights like Ganondorf, the Lynels, Gleeoks, Queen Gibdo, and Colgera are the stand outs.

Honestly, my opinions on Muktorok, Marbled Gohma, and Queen Gibdo are the opposite of yours. I love Muktorok and Queen Gibdo because they can drag on/kick your ass if you don’t have a good strategy. My Muk strategy is a homing cart with a hydrant, or an opal weapon. My Queen Gibdo strat is… also a homing cart, and bullet time bomb arrows. Meanwhile, Marbled Gohma feels super boring. However, it’s fight in the Fire Temple is fun, because it has a second phase. I’ve fought it a lot more in the Depths, where it doesn’t have a ceiling for the second phase. I really wish they would’ve made special arenas for Marbled Gohmas, like how the Colegras have giant holes for their arenas.

I will be honest. I love queen gibdos boss fight.

My only real complaint with the queen gibdo bossfight is that the game doesn’t let you have the benefit of the doubt and destroy the hives early. If it weren’t for the fact that you’re forced to wait to destroy them until the second phase, when they are already active, then the Bossfight would be almost pathetic. Because of how unreliable it is, I didn’t even end up using riju for a lot of it, I ended up going with bomb arrows instead.

I like Frox. You should've seen me the first time I encountered one. Genuine fear. King Gleeok too. That's my favorite boss in the whole game.

I don't care if Ganondorf's second phase intro is funny in heinseight, I nearly shat myself when I saw the HP bar keep going after I barely survived phase 1 on my first attempt with 2 hearts (I didn't stock up on food lol)

I really dont get it why u hated Frox. He is way better for me than Any Flux Construct 1&2. He dashes to attack you, he uses his breath sucking, with you need to drop bombs for him to eat. If you are flying, he opens his mouth to eat you, in whick you must drop bombs as well... and you have to hit his rocks just like any Stone Talus, but with even more rocks. He is really cool and got me very surprised when I found him on the Depths on second day.

But there is so much to talk about with phantom ganon! It's not only the slowest moving creature in the game it also has the same moveset as the final boss therefore drastically reducing the uniqueness of said final boss. It has a shit ton of Hp wich in combination with being extremely slow makes it great for target prctice or breaking your weapons on a damage sponge. their drops are so incredibly mediocre that you have to be on some major copium to legitamately find a use for them late game. The fight in hyrule castle is also great because instead of getting a puppte/ evil zelda fight or an actual good yiga fight we get a full FIVE damage sponges, how great! But wait there's more because phase 2 spawns ANOTHER 5 damage sponges, but this time with a gimmick! one of them does an AOE gloom attack that is not only entirely predictable but also easily interruptable which means that the gimmick of the second phase is to stop the second phae gimmick! GENIUS! so sad that you only fight 6 (11 if you count hyrule castles stage 1 & 2 individually) phantom ganons within the main story. Definitely my favourite boss in the game 10/10 easy S-rank
